Aug 11, 2020 Hi My name is Mark and I am the proud father of my daughter Ruth. Ruth has a genetic disorder called rett syndrome she is in a wheelchair and she has no purposeful body movements so I had to set up a guardianship with my wife, my sister and and myself as her guardians. there is a massive amount of paperwork to be done every year and once that is done it is the handed to a lawyer or paralegal for formatting and transferring all of my ledgers and earnings vs expenses sheets for each month to the proper documents. the first year I hired a lawyer and they strung me along for six months and cost me 3600.00 ouch. the second year I hired a paralegal with what I thought from his online add to be a large well known firm, and he took me for a six month ride and then kept all of my paperwork and blocked my calls, So I went to his place of business and it was a fish market and his home didn't exist either He only took me for 3200.00 ouch again. I still needed to file so I took my set of originals to Tanyas house ( this time I needed to know the company existed and I left it with Tanya Literally the next day she handed me a packet with all of the proper documents completed and charged me near nothing I had to force a sizable tip on her so that I wouldn't feel like a charity case. I later found out that those were really her rates. I used her services again this year, really folks she is the very best. I plan to hire her every year of mine or my daughters life. her service is the very finest don't even call anybody else.

Jul 3, 2023 Tanya was an essential part in me winning my Eviction turned Ejectment case. When you are being evicted it is extremely important to file an answer. This has to happen fast, almost always before you have time to meet with an attorney. 9/28/15 I contacted Tanya one day last week with an SOS stress call. The mortgage lender for a house I was closing on in two weeks, was now requesting a certain document to be filed with the courts immediately. The next day, Tanya had my documents ready within hours. Tanya was fast, thorough and complete. Even the county clerk where I filed said she did a great job with the preparation of the documents. If I ever need to file a document again, Tanya will be the first person I call. I highly recommend her to you.

5/9/16 I called Tanya in desperation as I was going to have to represent myself against a doctor that performed an unnecessary surgery and could not find an attorney to represent me. I was out of options and ready to give up until I found Tayna. Tanya was wonderful to me and went above and beyond. She is caring and compassionate. She was like an angel that appeared out of nowhere when I was just going to walk away. I will be using her again this week. Tort reform was done for criminals and attorney's don't want to spend more than what the patient will receive for damages. Doctors and their lawyer's no this and know people like myself have no where to go The WA ST Department of Health is a joke and you will get nowhere as they are advocates for the medical profession; at least with Tanya I have a chance to receive some justice.
